Flash Transitions & Flash Galleries
Starberry like to incorporate Flash transitions and flash galleries within our websites. They are an excellent use of space, as you can allocate an area and have multiple images and messages appear from one transition to the next. You can also utilise a multitude of different typefaces, designed to your specification unlike when working in HTML where fonts are limited.
Starberry empower you to publish web-ready photo galleries and slideshows of your content with ease. Our applications offer a wide variety of customisable parameters to control colour, layout, size, and behaviour for a virtually endless array of configuration options. These products were built to meet the demands of professional photographers, as well as web developers looking for a fast, simple utility to create slideshows without coding any complicated Action Script.

Blogs
A blog (originating from web log) is a website or webpage, usually maintained by an individual, with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse chronological order.
Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic.
The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs. Starberry encourage the use of Blogs or Latest News due to the incredible power they have with regard to Natural Search indexation. The search engines love fresh website content.

Skype (VOIP)
Skype is a software application that allows users to make calls over the Internet to other Skype users free of charge. Skype is used by over 1 million people and is growing fast on a daily basis.
Starberry integrates it in to your website so that if Skype is clicked (and the user has it installed) it instantly rings the relevant office you wish to contact without the need for dialling a number and free of charge to the user.

Google Maps
Google offers a free API from which we can integrate into your website – this allows us to show individual properties and multiple properties with photo/text quick links and your own branded pointer icons.
Obviously your customers can benefit from great maps, but also aerial views too.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics (abbreviated GA) is a service offered by Google that generates detailed statistics about the visitors to a website. One of its main highlights is that you can optimize AdWords advertisement and marketing campaigns through the use of GA's analysis of where the visitors came from, how long they stayed on the website and their geographical position.
Users can define and track conversions, or goals. Goals might include sales, lead generation, viewing a specific page, or downloading a particular file.
By using this tool, marketers can determine which ads are performing, and which are not, as well as find unexpected sources of quality visitors.
GA's approach is to show basic dashboard-type data for the casual user, and more in-depth data further into the report set. There are currently over 80 distinct reports, each customizable to some degree.
Starberry insist on GA being installed on all websites that are interested in natural and paid search activity.

Crazy Egg
Crazy Egg is a web application that gives a clear picture of where people clicked on your site. This tells you what’s hot and what’s not, so you can make changes that matter.
Dig a little deeper and find out where people click based upon things like: Top 15 Referrers, Search Terms, Operating System, Browser, etc...
Crazy Egg’s reports are delivered in the form of confetti click mapping and heat maps. They are extremely clear to read and seriously assist with website usability studies.

RSS/Email Subscriptions
RSS is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines, and podcasts. An RSS document (which is called a "feed" or "web feed" or "channel") contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with web sites in an automated manner that can be piped into special programs or filtered displays.
RSS content can be read using software called an "RSS reader", "feed reader" or an "aggregator", which can be web-based or desktop-based.
The user subscribes to a feed by entering the feed's link into the reader or by clicking an RSS icon in a browser that initiates the subscription process. The RSS reader checks the user's subscribed feeds regularly for new website content, downloading any updates that it finds and provides a user interface to monitor and read the feeds.
Starberry offer this function on many websites, with the addition of subscribing via email. The process works the same way as RSS, except for you have the latest news or blog update emailed to you.
Property Manager & Plotfinder
Our browser based property management system has been developed over projects specifically to give estate agents and property developers concise control over the day-to-day management over their properties on their websites. When this is combined with our powerful front end Plotfinder systems this provides the ultimate property selling tool.
The Property Manager can be used at a variety of levels to suit the needs of the client. Whether it's quick and simple property availability management that's needed (turning a property from 'available' to 'sold' at the click of a button) or the more involved
management of floorplans, pictures, descriptions and specification to make your properties ready for the portals, our management interface can be adjusted to fit.
Our Plotfinder allows website visitors to become more involved in your development as a siteplan level. Being able to view every building and get the key details of each with a simple rollover is a great way to draw the visitors in and give you the power to install turn the plots on and off, avoiding time-wasting for both the visitor and developer alike.

Rich Emails & Auto-replies
Rich emails are basically emails with photographic or graphical content included. Starberry integrate rich email auto-replies into websites where a user might download a brochure having entered an email address.
The rich email auto-reply acts as a great reminder of the site you visited, so the user can flag the email for future reference. Auto-replies also create the impression that the users enquiry is important to you and is being handled promptly and professionally.
