The Stack

NodeJS (ExpressJS), NoSQL (MongoDB), RDBMS(MySql), React JS, Redux, GraphQL,CDN (S3), Webpack,AWS, Git, HeadlessCMS (Preferred: Strapi),NPM

Good to Have: Gatsby (Static sitegenerator), Netlify Deployment, JamStack methodology, DynamoDB, PHP

The Role

● Contributing high-quality code to a fast-growing React- Node JS team.

● Collaborating with developers, productmanagers, designers and other

stakeholders to deliverrobust software solutions in an agileenvironment.

● Provide a comprehensive level of customNPM packages

● Ensure code standards and best practices are implemented, constructive

contribution to peer code reviews,implementation and recommendations for code quality improvements.

● Contributing to projectplanning and technicaldecision making both at team meetings and on an ad-hoc basis.

Skills Required

● Very strong knowledgeand extensive experience with Node JS

● Strong knowledge and extensiveexperience with PHP and MySQL

● Extensive experience building single-page JavaScriptapplications with large codebases.

● Experience with NoSQL(MongoDB), GraphQL.

● Experience of workingwith Node, both creating back end servicesand for automation scriptingwill be a plus.

● Experience in working with AWS, especially S3, Lambda & Dynamo DB would be anadvantage.

● Strong skills and knowledge of Git, Githuband version controlworkflow.

● The team is UK based but international. Business level competency in both written andspoken English is essential.

Desired Skills

● Knowledge of workingwith CI /CD pipelines and associated toolingand knowledge of Github Actions will be a bonus.
