Arun Estates
When Arun Estates approached us to work on their website redesign, we were excited by the opportunity to create something amazing for them that would help them achieve their goals as we excelled in creating compelling website designs for estate agents.
There are several things that set Arun Estates apart from the competition, but one of their most important differentiators is their focus on quality. They wanted a website that reflected this and an impressive design to convert more visitors into leads and clients.
In close collaboration with our client, Arun Estates, we created a polished, simple to use website that will impress their clients, leading to more conversions. The project is a collection of 6 websites in total, with the Arun Estates corporate site that covered news homes and developments, a career site exclusively for their job posting and 4 other full fledged property websites for their brands. Skilled in web development for estate agents, we created powerful websites with functions covering numerous details to make it feature rich and absolutely efficient in delivering results.
We created a design system that would work across 6 websites, Arun Estates’s corporate and careers site along with the 4 brand estate agency sites. The system was designed to be simple, clean and easy to use but also flexible enough to allow each site to have its own unique style. We also wanted to make sure that it was responsive in design so it would work on any screen size. We used a combination of HTML, React and CSS for the design elements we used on each site and we made sure that the framework had been tested in multiple browsers so it would perform well across all devices.
Website designs for estate agents that gives easy access to data: API to integrate properties, branches and jobs: Given that Arun Estates uses their internal CRM, Starberry developed APIs to pull the feed data for properties, branches, and job vacancy feed integration on the careers website. API failure notifications have also been enabled to determine if API requests are being handled correctly. This feature was common across all the 6 sites we developed for them.
Video Ask integration to humanise job application: Video Ask integration has been implemented on exclusively on the careers website to upload a self introduction video clip along with the resume. This feature is meant to give candidates a way to stand out from other applicants. As the Arun Estates site is focussed on functioning as the careers site, forms are uploaded to the Azure blob storage every time a form is submitted.
Map searches made more precise and dynamic: The search functionality allows users to search the map by simply moving the mouse. The search results are dynamically refreshed as the user moves their mouse across the map.
Radius search to find properties in the current location: We implemented the radius search for residential and new homes search pages, allowing users to find properties within a certain distance from their current location.
Branch Finder tool to easily locate estate agent office: While executing web development for estate agents, it is crucial to add easy to find options. We implemented the Branch Finder tool, which is a great way to search for a particular branch by area or postcode and find the address, phone number and opening hours.
Using Loqate to verify the address data: Loqate has been implemented for address lookup across different forms. This allows us to automatically populate a field on a form with the correct address based on the information provided by our customer.
Forms designed for convenience: We implemented conversational step forms for valuation on all the websites and a exclusive job application on the careers website. The new forms are designed to be as easy and intuitive as possible.
Great tools for clients: We implemented effective tools like stamp duty calculator, mortgage calculator and rental yield calculator that offer helpful information to our clients.
Tools to make informed decisions: Homewise’s over 60's calculator has been implemented to help customers make informed decisions about their finances and secure their future.
Finding best mortgage deals: Mortgage Brain’s mortgage deals widget has been implemented and allows users to easily find the best deals available, as well as compare them side by side.
Yomdel Chat for instant support: The Yomdel live chat was implemented on the website to provide a more interactive and personalised experience for customers. It also helps increase the conversion rate by providing quick responses to the clients.
Accurate instant property valuations: Hometrack has been integrated for the instant valuation of homes. This means that clients can get a home valuation in seconds, using their own data and the data they've collected from the property.
External My Account integration for easy data access: External My Account integration has been done so that Arun Estates can integrate data into their private My Account.
Integrating Google Reviews and Trustpilot: We have integrated Trustpilot and Google Reviews for the testimonials to add more credibility to the business.
Buyer Finder Tool to target buyers: The Buyer Finder tool allows users to look for the number of buyers in a particular postcode. It is powered by the Buyer Finder API shared by the client.
Populating stats through feed: Using the stats from the feed, we've populated them to showcase the stats module on the website.
Our final product was a fully functional, beautifully designed website that seamlessly delivered the customer’s requirements. With an understanding of their needs and a clear vision of what their website could be, we were able to work together with them to design all the 6 websites that would meet their needs.
