Our design fully embraces video, with bespoke property tours, extensive area guides and even a dedicated ‘Movies’ page, rounding up all property video recordings, engaging users, whilst representing the brand quality, it offers powerful content to help optimise their search engine rankings.
Clean SEO-friendly headlines, keyword-rich copy and dynamic headings & subheadings that change as the user types appear on property search pages and offer a strong SEO foundation that supports the website in lead conversion.
We’ve implemented not only dynamic copy but dynamic features as well. ‘Locrating’ maps and property filters offer extensive amenities and other options. While both the mortgage calculator and instant valuation pages adapt swiftly according to the user's input. Once again, our design evolves for every user, offering a streamlined experience that directs users to suitable properties that are most likely to convert.
‘Enquire Now’ is just one example of the strategic CTA placement we placed above the fold to ensure that users were assisted efficiently. Moreover page links are made prominent by having simple navigation and a property information bar that sticks and floats at the top while you scroll. Both of these features, along with the focus on SEO & engaging content help deliver a great user experience that resulted in a 49.67% increase in users in the first few weeks after launch.
As a “people” business, staff biographies with bold CTAs for ‘Book a Consultation’ and ‘Contact’ result in an increased chance of funnelling leads to the right point-of-contact for conversion.
The use of dynamic features was not a compromise on performance - the website we’ve created for Bovingdons is built with page speed in mind and achieved a 54.47% increase in avg. page load time when compared with its predecessor.
