The Cameron Group is a multi-award winning independent estate agency that operates from two busy and bustling high street branches in Uxbridge and West Drayton on the outskirts of London. They approached us with the brief to create a clean, contemporary and highly performing site that demonstrates The Cameron Group’s expertise and genuine local knowledge of their market.
One key element that came out of our Discovery process was that the web design had to reflect the trust, integrity and credibility that the Cameron Group brand has in the market, as demonstrated by the numerous independent customer reviews and testimonials. We also knew we wanted to create a website design with a really minimal feel, but one that didn't do away with the elements of quality and style that the Cameron customers were used to.
Our team of web designers looked at a number of different options for visualising Cameron Group’s simple excellence and high-end presentation. The winner was an approach that stripped the site design right back to its core DNA, focusing on the clever use of modern shapes, the interaction between different content modules, and of negative space to create a stunning ebb and flow within the pages.
The result is a beautifully juxtaposed mosaic of online content that is intuitive to navigate and has subtle animations that make for an awesome user experience.
While intentionally avoiding smothering the site in front-end features, we spend much more time on adding key features ‘under the hood’ of The Cameron Group’s website, such as dynamic SEO and ghost pages for maximum SEO impact and lead generation.
The proof in the pudding for this website is in the results of course, and The Cameron Group’s statistics make great reading – the website is now much faster (with a 43% reduction in the average page loading time when compared with the previous website) and far more engaging than before: 13% increase in page views, 22% increase in pages per session and 10% increase in the average session duration in the first 3 months after launch, resulting in an ongoing increase in lead conversion and business generated from the website.
