Requesting a digital brand overhaul, Starberry revitalised Collinson Hall’s brand & website, impacting almost immediately their efficiency in capturing & generating leads.


Collinson Hall operates out of St Albans and has been offering their expert estate agency services since as early as 1825. The more modern times require agencies to adopt a strong digital marketing presence, a memorable brand identity across marketing collaterals and a website that simplifies the buying & selling of property for users, in turn aiding the conversion of strong leads to instructions.

We were thrilled to bring this presence to fruition. Refreshing their brand logo to add a personal touch across the board, creating a website that actively engaged users - leading to an increased lead conversion - and an ongoing digital marketing campaign, evolving continuously to improve content.

After coming up with a fresh new logo to be used across Collinson Hall’s entire digital and offline presence, we set our sights on the website. Immediately the homepage offers a CTA-rich environment providing easy navigation for users to the areas suited to their needs, through the use of a detailed navigational tool kit.

Links such as Buy, Rent, Block management, About us etc. present themselves alongside a prominent above the fold ‘Valuation’ call-to-action, allowing users to delve straight into action and increasing the potential instructions.

The integration and combination of ‘Calendly’ & ‘Zoom’ software presents a ‘Book Video call’ CTA that allows users to easily make appointments regarding the pre-valuation process.

Such functionality boosts our clients ability to convert leads to instructions as users can engage with the agency efficiently especially during this time of lockdown and in the future. Moreover the integration of Feefo software pulls in testimonials to reassure users throughout the process.  

Enhancing UX was key, beautiful full screen imagery for properties; avoiding the use of stock images, a website navigation that sticks at the top as users can scroll. Features such as the automatic stamp duty calculator and local maps, that both dynamically change providing information based on property selection, add to the exquisite user-experience.

Every page designed to work for users, UX focus resulting in a website that allowed for simple navigation and browsing between landing pages, providing users with vital information at their fingertips, such vast accessibility reducing the potential loss of leads.

Vital information wasn't the only tactic in developing trust with users, displaying brand character through the use of real images; both of properties and staff; staff profiles that could be filtered via teams, showing users exactly who they're dealing with builds a rapport that effectively increases the chance for lead to conversion; as trust is a major element in selecting the right agency.

As always, our websites change gracefully across devices, mobile and tablet use compressed information and stacking CTAs while retaining beautiful imagery and animations.

Fully SEO integrated, the Collinson Hall website is optimised for specific keywords; found in titles, intro paragraphs or news stories; not only improving searchability on the site but pushing our clients website to the forefront of Google and other search engines.
