The redefining process for Crux Careers as a property recruitment agency lay not only within a new web design but in branding and marketing as well. Our full-scale digital campaign resulted in a “people first” approach transforming both quality and efficiency for the business, candidates and employers alike.

Crux Careers was built around the idea that the recruitment process was an unnecessarily time-consuming task for both potential candidates and employers and that the process could become more streamlined. 

Iain White envisioned a brand that could support this and working from the ground up, starting with brand refinement, devising digital marketing strategies through social media, email and blogs and finally developing an enhanced website fully brought this idea to life.

Branding started with injecting more emotive colours alongside creating brand logo variations for use on different media, iconography, font selection and creating a bold & edgy brand colour palette for marketing use.

Photography reflected the idea of a “people business” alongside candidate & employer testimonials and valuable video content once again showing the faces behind the business on both the website and social profiles and in turn improving brand image. 

The new website was designed to streamline the process, an uncluttered interface offering effortless navigation throughout a CTA-rich platform. Simple CV upload and dynamic job information made consistently available through the integration with ‘Recruit CRM’

VideoAsk integration allows users to seek answers via video, text or audio while staff profiles offer individual contact CTA’s, biographies and ‘book a call’ CTA’s with Calendly integration. Such features close the gap in capturing candidates and once again streamline the process for our client.

Our campaign focus was to build a consistent valuable connection between candidates, employers and the Crux Careers staff. 

This focus led to extensive staff website and social profiles, photography, bold contact CTA’s and biographies, adding that human element to the business and improving service as trust is built through transparency and users know exactly who they're dealing with.

Designed to present highly informative sections gracefully, price subscriptions are presented in individual box offers with a widget to switch between estate agent and proptech. Moreover the content provided by the Help & Advice page can be filtered between, blog, employers and candidates for more relevant information to that particular user. 

Book A Video Call’ CTA sticks as users scroll and reaching the bottom of every web page users will be led to find a ‘Sign Up’ CTA, simplifying the process for users as they can get both in contact or register for job alerts, once again supporting that personal connection we hoped to build for Crux Careers digitally.
