Fisher German is one of the UK’s leading chartered surveyors and property consultants, with national visibility across six major property market sectors, from Residential & Commercial property to Infrastructure and Sustainable Energy. The company asked us to create an easy-to-use site that would showcase their diverse operations, help them grow their online business and “exceed the expectations of our existing and future clients by enthusing and delighting them in everything we do”.
It was essential for us to learn as much as we could about the company’s business model, so our team invested additional time in the discovery phase. We used our agile methodologies to obtain a clear picture of Fisher German’s services and departments, along with their business objectives and expectations: this included sending out tailored questionnaires to key stakeholders and setting up a weekly video call between Fisher German and Starberry, so we could monitor progress and gather feedback at every stage of the project.
Armed with this invaluable feedback, we went on to develop Fisher German’s brand identity and colours into a fantastic new website design.
The company’s old website was cluttered and unclear, so our first task was to make it easy for users to understand and navigate around the different sectors and services on the site. In order to help Fisher German generate more leads and increase their business, we placed open forms and relevant CTAs on all pages. We also made the user experience as personal as possible by bringing the Fisher German team members to the forefront of each page.
The end result is a stunning new website that proudly reflects the Fisher German brand online and represents the company’s various teams and services in a clear user-friendly way. This had a massive contribution to the overall brand awareness of the company in the online space. But more importantly, it saw a 20% increase in overall traffic 5 months after the launch and a x10 increase in Conversion Rate, compared with the previous website.
