Convenience Driving Conversion: A LambornHill Website

LambornHill Estate Agents envisioned a goal of an increase in both brand presence and qualified leads captured. The Starberry plan to achieve this was a new and improved website and an overall boost to digital footprint via SEO.

LambornHill has become one of Kent’s highest-rated estate agents by offering exceptional service since its launch in 2009.  Their knowledge and expertise within the property industry have allowed them to grow their portfolio to 300+ properties. 

They requested from us a website that would help boost their digital footprint. A platform that not only offered a convenient user experience but one that reflected their remarkable brand quality.

Our first step towards enhancing digital presence was a platform that reflected brand quality. A contemporary web design for estate agents, with strategically organised content and prominent CTA’s. Easy-to-read pages that don't deter leads - leads that could potentially be lost amongst vast property content. 

UX-enhancing features across the website such as

Lead.Pro: Offering users access to instant valuations

Stamp Duty & Mortgage Calculator: Offers users access to financial information which can drive conversion

Locrating Maps: Access to area information such as local amenities and schools, information that can push leads along the decision-making process.

Calendly: Allows leads to connect quickly with agents, once again convenience drives conversion. Moreover increasing the quality of leads for our clients as those who connect are more likely to be interested.

The property industry is a “peoples industry”, and estate agencies that reflect this will tend to experience higher lead conversion. The goal to create a more “human-like” experience led to staff photos, a “Social Wall” and conversational forms. Staff photos add an element of authenticity, and the “Social Wall” links the website to social media helping build organic engagement, while the conversational forms create trust through conversation.  

Convenience for the user introduced Google & ‘ESTAS’ review integration, offering users quick access to service information that could influence conversion. Not only do these reviews act as social proof but they fill in the content gaps for Google, which leads to an estate agency experiencing better ranking results.

Our focus on digital convenience resulted in a contemporary design that gracefully guides users across a grand portfolio of properties. Convenience influences even navigation, with the likes of a property search that can filter results between Buy & Rent before the search is made. 

Every page represents the brand well, beautifully presented properties with bespoke imagery and video, bringing the LambornHill website to life. CTA’s such as “Enquire” next to every property and  “Get In Touch” at the bottom of every page are strategically prominent - consistently leading user’s one step closer to becoming an instruction won. 

Every element of this convenient UI, carefully restructures itself across all devices, ensuring that no content is out of place or hidden. While CTA’s are repositioned strategically to ensure a high conversion rate on even mobile.
