Orlando Reid launched as an estate agency in 2010; independently owned and always striving to offer a smooth home moving process through proptech, it went on to become an award-winning agency operating out of both London & Manchester.
Serving professional landlords, local authorities, members of the royal family, holdings companies and more, Orlando Reid required a consumer-centric website capable of efficiently capturing these diverse leads at national level.
With a consumer-centric website as the focus, we decided on creating a clean-cut and easy-to-use website design, filled with exciting content - awesome area guides, beautiful property photography and bespoke videos that efficiently target their main areas in London & Manchester and engage users.
Presentation brought in users but our UX design had to keep them. Integrating features for an enhanced digital experience was key. Calendly appointment booking drastically improves the efficiency of lead capturing, while Digital Instant Valuation makes the property selling process easy to start for users, in turn winning more instructions for our client. On top of that, conversational forms offer an interactive feel to the user experience.
Our web design for Orlando Reid resulted in an efficient lead converting website that was uncomplicated for users. Rich web features perfectly support the agency’s goal to offer a convenient service and enhance their customers’ home moving experience.
Bold CTA’s consistently make themselves prominently available across devices, while SEO practices were strategically implemented across website architecture and content for both local and national visibility objectives.
