The Negotiator Awards, UK's leading independent awards program for estate and letting agents, their suppliers and the residential property industry, took place this year like a glitzy red carpet event and was a night to remember. The Awards presentation followed The Negotiator Conference & Expo, where host Naga Munchetty introduced keynote speakers Rt Hon. George Osborne CH, former Chancellor and David Smith, the Economics Editor of The Sunday Times.

For example, integrated third-party tools like "Matterport" and "Locrating" allow users to explore properties in virtual tours or 3D photography. Other features include stamp duty calculators, mortgage calculators, instant valuations with "Digival," Google reviews API integration which pulls in external reviews, essentially enhancing brand image. We've also focused on providing an optimised user experience with easy navigation via the burger menu and structuring essential sub-pages for user jump-off points.
