The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing our brand’s presence across various social media platforms. This role involves creating and executing engaging content strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering community engagement. The executive will collaborate with design and copy teams to produce content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation & Scheduling:
     ○ Develop and schedule three localised posts per week for sub-accounts.
     ○ Create three diverse brand-level posts per week for central accounts.
     ○ Provide social media content calendar suggestions aligned with business objectives.
     ○ Tailor content to effectively target vendor, landlord, tenant, and buyer personas.
     ○ Maintain a consistent brand voice and reputation across all social platforms.

● Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
     ○ Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and set achievable targets for improvement.
     ○ Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on social channel performance and user engagement metrics.

● Community Engagement & Support:
     ○ Offer quarterly social media webinars to educate and engage franchisees.
     ○ Conduct free social media audits for branches to promote upsell opportunities.

● Content & Template Development:
     ○ Assist with the creation of 40 seasonal social media graphic templates in Canva for franchisee use.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Proven experience in social media management and content strategy.
● Strong understanding of audience engagement and digital marketing trends.
● Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
